Sugar reading is within the recommended range
Work with your healthcare provider to set target blood sugar ranges for fasting (before meals) and post-meal readings. These targets are typically measured in milligrams per deciliter (mg/dL). When your blood sugar consistently falls within these target ranges, it indicates good sugar level control.

Fasting Reading is the reading you take on an empty stomach (before you have had anything to eat or drink) It should be less than 100 mg/dL.

Post-Meal Reading is generally taken two hours after you have consumed a meal. It should be less than 140 mg/dL.

-HBa1c level is under control
The A1C test provides an average of your blood sugar levels over the past two to three months. This test is typically done every three to six months, and a well-controlled diabetes goal is usually an A1C level below 7%

Experiencing no diabetes symptoms
Well-controlled sugar levels can reduce or prevent the classic symptoms of diabetes, such as excessive thirst, frequent urination, unexplained weight loss, and constant hunger.

Having a positive mood/ outlook
If your blood sugar levels are within the controlled range, it will positively impact your mood and cognitive function. You will also experience improved mental clarity and reduced mood swings.

If your diabetes is under control, you will be able to lead a more active and fulfilling life. It will enable you to achieve your personal as well as your other lifestyle goals. You should regularly monitor and assess your diabetes progress with the help of your healthcare team. It will help you in making the required adjustments and maintain optimal sugar control.
