Bhapa Sandesh is a classic and popular Bengali dessert that’s renowned for its creamy and melt-in-the-mouth texture. It’s made primarily from fresh paneer (Indian cottage cheese) and sugar, along with aromatic cardamom for flavour. The name “Bhapa” translates to “steamed,” which is a key preparation method for this sweet dish.

Sugar-Free Bhapa Sandesh is a delightful and healthier twist on the classic Bengali sweet, Bhapa Sandesh. In the sugar-free version, the sweetness comes from sugar substitutes like stevia or erythritol, making it suitable for those who are watching their sugar intake or managing diabetes.
